January 25, 2006- Automated Listings Management Service Approved by VIREB

Our application was approved at the January 25, 2006 VIREB board meeting.
This special 3rd party agreement with the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board allows Webrealtor123 listings management software direct access to VIREB's database feeds to automate the real estate listings process for any office or realtor.

Webrealtor123 will have access to all data feeds of active residential and commercial listings on the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board MLS system as well as Listing agent information and Real Estate Office data fields.

Residential MLS Data (including condos and lots) will include the following:

MLS Number
Street Address (Ste#, Civic, Street Name, Street type)
Subarea
City/township/municipality
Province (hard code of BC)
# of bdrms
# of bthrms
# of ensuites
Total Area (sq ft of dwelling)
List price
Property type (i.e. single family dwelling, duplex, lot, apartment etc)
Site Influences
Amenities
Age
Strata Fee
# of fireplaces

regular remarks
Property size (acreage or sq footage)
